Er. Kh Jinnatul Islam is an independent Computer Engineer from India. He holds a Bachelor of Technology(Hons.) in Computer Science & Engineering followed by a Master of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering with a specialization in Embedded Technology.
He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of The Institution of Engineers (India). He has more than 17 years of teaching experience in engineering and taught more than 1000 engineering graduates.
Previously he taught undergraduate (B.Tech) students in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Budge Budge Institute of Technology, Aliah University, and Institute of Technology and Marine Engineering ( now Neotia Institute of Technology Management and Sciences) as an Assistant Professor.

Er. K. J. Islam started his career at the age of 23 as a lecturer of Computer Science & Engineering, teaching B.Tech students at the Institute of Technology & Marine Engineering (Now Neotia Institute of Technology, Management, and Sciences). ACADEMIC EDUCATION:
He completed his Intermediate Education (10+2) in the Science Stream with First Division from Burdwan Municipal High School, West Bengal, India in the year 1999 and in the same year he successfully qualified for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, the entrance examination to study engineering and was placed in the merit list.
He completed a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.), a four-year full-time, regular, undergraduate level degree program in engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Vidyasagar University ( A State University) Midnapore, West Bengal, India in the year 2003 and was placed in First Class(with distinction).
Later he completed a Master of Engineering, a two-year Post Graduate level degree program in engineering in the department of Computer Science & Engineering from the School of Engineering & Technology ( now School of Information Technology) of the West Bengal University of Technology.
He is also the Associate Member of The Institution of Engineers, India in the Computer Engineering division.
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE:
Er. Prof. K. J. Islam taught more than 40 undergraduate engineering courses to more than 1000 students and served various engineering departments/institutions in different positions for more than 17 years.
He started his career as a full-time Lecturer (now Assistant Professor ) in the department of Computer Science & Engineering at the Institute of Technology & Marine Engineering ( Now Neotia University) located in the district of South 24 Parganas in the state of West Bengal, India in the year 2004.
Later he was promoted to the post of Assistant Professor ( Reader ) in the year 2009. He moved to Aliah university and joined as Lecturer in the department of Computer Science & Engineering in the year 2009 and later as Assistant Professor from 2010 in the same department and served till November 2012.
He joined the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Budge Budge Institute of Technology in the year 2013 and left the college in December 2021.
PUBLICATIONS:
Er. Prof. Islam published one international level book " Design of FFT Processor using Double Base Number System: A Hardware Approach " published by Omni Scriptum GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.
AWARDS/RECOGNITION :
Er. Prof. Islam became the Chartered Engineer of The Institution of Engineers (India).
He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in The World 2003, New York, USA as an Engineering Educator.
PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING:
Er. Prof. Islam participated in a number of workshops at the State, National, and International levels. Amongst others, he has participated in the workshop of two weeks duration such as
a) ISTE Workshop on Signals and Systems at National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India sponsored by N.M.E.I.C.T, MHRD Govt. of India and
b) A short-term course on “ Embedded Systems ” at Indian Indian Technology Kharagpur, sponsored by A.I.C.T.E, MHRD Govt. of India as well as
c) Design Issues for Information System -Software Engineering Approach” at National Institute of Technical Training & Research, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
d) Besides that he has also participated in short-term training on Data Warehousing and Data Mining at RCC Institute Information Technology, Kolkata, India sponsored by A.I.C.T.E.
